I think many developers had a problem making Worpress UTF-8 (unicode) compatible, I have spent about 3 hours to make it unicode, tried to download unicode templates and understand what's goung on.

The problem was that Wordpress by default creates database on server in Sweedish encoding, you just need to change them to Unicode UTF-8 from phpmyAdmin in your Cpanel.
